Some info about our charity
This year we are excited to announce our partnership with Natagora.
Natagora is active across the whole of Wallonia and Brussels. The main objective of the association is to halt the loss of biodiversity and to help restore a better balance between nature and humankind. For this, the Association has taken on a number of missions.
Study: One of the major activities of the Association is the identification of threats, the provision of support to those species that are the most endangered, together with the coordination of many monitoring programs.
Protect: Natagora has more than 200 nature reserves, managed by many volunteers. The reserves cover a multitude of different types of habitat, many of which are under threat, and they are home to many rare species.
Involvement: On a daily basis the many Association volunteers help to influence political decisions, to promote biodiversity, to foresee impending damage, and to react as necessary.
Education: Natagora is heavily involved in all aspects of environmental education. It runs training events, it supports Regional Centers of Introduction to the Environment, it has outreach events, and it helps the networking of individuals.
